NECK CARE

The neck very quickly loses its elasticity and elasticity under the influence of external factors, as well as from the uniform movements of the head (bends, turns, etc.).
Wrinkles, grooves, folds on the neck are especially easily formed in people who are accustomed to constantly keep their head down, press their chin to their chest or sleep on a high pillow. Under the influence of these habits, changes in the neck are formed already at a young age: longitudinal wrinkles are outlined, the skin under the chin begins to sag;
a double chin appears and fat deposits accumulate on the back of the neck.

A number of internal diseases, especially the liver, gall bladder, as well as the menopause predispose to the appearance of yellow, brown and dark brown spots on the neck and chest. In addition to dark, red spots also appear in the form of a net. Stains on the neck can also appear as a result of skin diseases. For example, after multi-colored lichen on the neck, the skin remains spotty for a long time. The formation of spots on the neck contribute to sunburn.

After 30 years, every woman should watch her neck. First of all, you need to monitor the correct posture, keep your head high, shoulders straightened, do not press your chin to your chest, sit and walk straight. In this position, the neck muscles remain elastic, and the skin does not fold and a double chin forms , which greatly spoils the face oval. Posture is also very important for the correct position of organs.

To maintain elasticity, it is very useful to rub your neck every evening while washing with a soft brush and soap. With dry skin, you need to use cool water, it is better to wash oily skin with warm water. Wipe your neck with a soft towel; in front – slightly, as if getting wet, and in the back – rubbing vigorously. It should also be lubricated daily with some oily cream.

If the neck has a darker shade compared to the face, it should be wiped with a cotton swab dipped in lemon, cucumber or tomato juice before smearing with cream . Any of these juices can also be added to the cream. Just add 1/2 teaspoon of juice to a can of cream.

A more energetic whitening of the skin of the neck is achieved by lotions of hydrogen peroxide. For this purpose, the gauze folded in 2-3 layers wetted with 3% – nym solution of hydrogen peroxide, then a gauze wrapped around the neck, pre-mashed toilet water and left for 5-8 minutes.

With sagging, flaccid skin, the neck should be massaged for 5 minutes, stroking from the chest and shoulders from the bottom up. Before massage, lubricate the neck with vegetable oil mixed with fine crushed salt (1 teaspoon of salt per 100 g of oil) . Then, with your fingertips, pinch your neck slightly and pat it from the bottom up. After massage, the neck is washed off with a thick layer of cotton wool or a gauze bandage folded in 3-4 layers moistened with fresh fruit juice. The dressing is left until the gauze or cotton wool is completely dry. Salt dressings or removable compresses work well on sagging skin under the chin . A gauze bandage folded in 4-5 layers is moistened in a solution (1 teaspoon of table salt in a glass of water). A salt dressing is applied for 15-20 minutes under the chin; on top they cover with a dry bandage, which is tied with a knot on the head. Replaceable compresses are made from hot and cold water, and even better from a decoction or infusion of chamomile. Compresses are replaced 2-3 times. It is recommended to apply 1 time per week before facial massage or mask.
